Sherlock Holmes, Scale 75, 75mm

Ésta es una mini bastante curiosa, y de gran calidad.  El escenario está más trabajado y es más amplio de lo que suele ser normal en esta escala, y la sensación al pintarla era más cercana a estar montando una casa de muñecas que a estar pintando una miniatura de coleccionista. La intención era lograr algo parecido a la foto proporcionada por la marca en cuestión, pero con menor detalle y con poco tiempo para conseguirlo. Un trabajillo más, decente y ya está.
This one is the mini curious enough one, high quality. The scene is more worn out and is more wide than is in the habit of being normal in this scale, and the sensation on having painted it more nearby age when a dollhouse to be mounting that to being painting a collector's miniature. Atormentados Eldars Oscuros/Dark Eldar Wracks, GW, 28mm (fast work)

Games Workshop se está ganando desde hace ya tiempo que muchos aficionados a las miniaturas abandonemos sus juegos y nos pasemos a otras opciones, a menudo mejores en casi todos los aspectos; el aumento de precios que poco a poco han ido haciendo de esta marca un objeto de lujo y el paso a su resina tan lamentable, entre otras razones, me han apartado casi totalmente de Warhammer y WH40k. Sin embargo, sé reconocer que algunas de sus minis, que es lo que realmente me interesa de esta marca, no están nada mal, y ya que tengo algunas compradas y abandonadas desde hace algún tiempo, he decidido ponerme a pintar en algún ratejo libre algunas de ellas, sin saber muy bien si en un futuro seguiré ampliando muy poco a poco mis ejércitos. Con una técnica rápida de lavados he terminado en unas tres horas esta unidad de Atormentados, unas de las que más me gustan de los Eldars Oscuros. Si algún día tengo este ejército terminado, tengo claro que será pintando con esta técnica, pues es la única que por tiempo me puedo permitir para pintar un ejército del tamaño que se requiere para cualquier partida a este juego...
El objetivo es crear una buena atmósfera, oscura y sangrienta, sin pararme a pintar cada detalle de las miniaturas con excesivo cuidado. Por fin, las fotos:

Aliasing (figura por encargo)

Una entrada un poco curiosa para el blog; se trata de un encargo que me hicieron unos amigos para regalarle a un familiar que toca y canta en un grupazo que está empezando: Aliasing.
La figura mide unos 15 cm sin contar la peana, y ha sido realizada con masilla epoxy y pintada con acrílicos.

An a bit curious entry for the blog; it is a question of an order that a few friends did to me to give him a relative who touches and sings in a rock band that it is beginning: Aliasing. Mètro, Ariadna, Infinity CB 28mm

Una mini a la que tenía ganas desde hace mucho; se une al 112 y poco a poco va aumentando la warband, aunque para esta no tengo prisa. Sigue los tonos marrones y grisáceos que tengo pensados para todo el ejército.
The mini that had desire for much; it joins 112 and little by little it is increasing the warband, though for this one I do not have hurry. It follows the brown and greyish tones that I have thought for the whole army.

  

 

Asesina especular, EC, Infinity, CB 28mm

Un "nuevo" fichaje para mi banda de Ejército Combinado genérico (exceptuando los Morat, que por estética considero un ejército aparte). Una mini que no me motivaba en exceso, pero que se antoja imprescindible para una banda de estas características, creo que sobre todo para jugar con el sectorial Shasvastii.

Aquí una prueba que hice para la gente de AoW que al final no salió...pinté la figura en poco tiempo, como son estas cosas, y teniendo esto en cuenta, puedo decir que estoy contento con el resultado, aunque no llegara a buen puerto.
